Aldactone in most countries, is a synthetic, steroidal antimineralocorticoid,antiandrogen, and, to a 

lesser extent, progestin. It belongs to a class of pharmaceutical drugs known as potassium-sparing diuretics, and is used primarily as a diuretic and antihypertensive in the treatment of heart
